[Annotation] replacing UniProt refs with UniProtKB

Hi - there are still references in the database to UniProt, these should 
all instead be UniProtKB. The old UniProt references are causing some 
problems with AmiGO, so it would be really helpful if all the groups 
could replace them with UniProtKB in their own files. Mike has generated 
a list of the numbers of refs in each of the association files:

Apparently most of them are in ISS associations, in the WITH field.
