Mike's script won't flag these because they all use prefixes that are
valid, but wrong for the specific ID. For example, IUPHAR is an allowed
prefix, but it's not the correct prefix for an InterPro ID. The script
only catches prefixes that aren't in the GO.xrf_abbs file at all; it can't
check whether someone meant InterPro but typed IUPHAR.
