[Annotation] obsolete/secondary IDs in translation files

Hi Doug,
I'm pretty certain that they just did a big training session last week
to get more people working on interpro2go. Should be right as rain soon.
Emily will be able to give you the correct details, but she travelling
this weekend so will not see mail until Monday.
