I removed the links to the marked up PDFs after Evelyn / Harold  
mentioned about the copyright issue, because AFAIK, no one had applied  
to authors for permission to show the papers in an altered form.  
Currently the sample annotation sets consist of plain text or doc  
files with extracts from papers, not the full text. Perhaps this kind  
of material should be moved somewhere else entirely anyway, as it's  
too detailed for a casual visitor to the GO website; it's really more  
suited for some kind of annotation tutorial.
