[Annotation] Binding terms open discussion-Tuesday 9th June

Just to confirm that everyone is welcome to attend the conference call  
on Tuesday 9th June (8 AM PDT, 10 AM CDT, 11 AM EST, 4 PM BST), which  
will discuss the results of the binding terms survey so far and the  
comments made.

Please try to remember to fill in the survey before Tuesday so that we  
have time to collate the answers before the meeting.

Also it is possible to answer a question and leave a comment (ie have
