[Annotation] filtering IEA translations?

Hi Doug,
We don't filter out any annotations at this point. We clearly mark
annotations as manual or from InterPro2GO mapping or whatever. Recently
on our display page, we even made the groupings of "Based on Experiment"
and "Predicted".
I don't see a problem as long as evidences are clear, as you point out.
