[Annotation] SourceForge Annotation Tracker Update

Apologies for the appearance of so many outdated entries -- it's an 
artifact of updating the emair-generating script to adapt to the new SF 
tracker look, and won't happen again (until next time SF does a revamp, at 
least ...).
