I have now set up the mailing list through the OBO website; it should 
be available in around 24 hours. Posts to the list will be archived on 
the OBO website; if desired, I can set up a simple home page for the 
cell type ontology (linked from the OBO cell type ontology detail page) 
with links to the ontology downloads, mailing list subscription info 
and the list archives.
