Hi David,
I just checked with Jane on the part_of problem. She says
that it's fine to have these two part_of parents since the
child term is always part of both parents, rather than being
sometimes part of one and sometimes part of the other.
Since that is the case, I think that the proposal below is
probably fine.
I'll make a sourceforge item so everybody can see the
proposal and then give it a week before implementation.
