Growth and Development

Hi,

I wrote last week to ask which children of growth should be given the 
parentage 'developmental growth'. Below are the terms that remain to be 
classified with my suggestion for parentage to the right of each term. 
If anybody disagrees with my suggestions can they write and tell me?
