two questions from March 19 obol

Hi,

There are two suggested relationships from the latest obol run for which 
I'd appreciate your comments:

  biological_process      GO:0001892      embryonic placenta development  
  is_a    GO:0009790      embryonic development

For this one, my guess was 'no' because the placenta includes maternal as 
well as embryonic/fetal matter, but I wanted to make sure.

  biological_process      GO:0010090      trichome morphogenesis (sensu 
  Magnoliophyta)    is_a    GO:0048468      cell development

Note that this relationship was suggested but not auditory hair cell
differentiation GO:0042491 (sibling of GO:0010090) is_a GO:0048468; I'm 
not sure why.
