neuroblast vs. neuronal progenitor

this is required for the automated synonym updates. But I was  
suggesting this as a matter of policy - in your example below you'd  
first check the synonym was appropriate in CL, get it added there,  
then manually sync GO. the redundant work will be necessary until we  
have the intersection_ofs
