[Electron-transport] one more addition

Hi Jen,
I guess we hadn't talked about all of the child terms yet - had we? Maybe I
wasn't at the meeting for that.
But, looking at the children - I agree with Jim that photosynthetic electron
transport in photosystem I and also the photosystem II terms could be isa
children of photosynthetic electron transport chain (at least the way they
are currently defined.)
Regarding photoihibition - that sounds like some kind of regulatory process
to me so could that have an isa child under a regulation term?
Finally, the remaining children that are undefined - am I mistaken or are
they describing the transport in individual steps in the chain? If so,
shouldn't these just be covered with function terms? and obsoleted from
here?
