I concur with Jim. At some point, the whole area for electron transfer needs to be reorganized to allow orderly inclusion of the many types of bacterial and archeal reactions that are currently not included.

Subject: [Electron-transport] electron transport question

Hi,

Would it be possible for you to comment on this request?

https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=440764&aid=2528641&group_id=36855

"should oxidation/reduction GO:0055114
exact: electron transport process
be a cellular metabolic process?"

Thanks,

Jennifer
