Hi Rob,
Maybe we should start to think about when that could be done? In the
past we've found the best way is for a working group to meet for an hour
each week on skype to discuss the changes that need to be made, and then
for me to work through the list of changes on my own, in time for the
following week's meeting. This means that to do the work we would need
to identify a period of about two or three months when we can all commit
a bit of time. Do you have any clear periods coming up this year when we
could start the work? Michelle has mentioned that she has a bit of time
just now.
Thanks,
Jen
