GOA-Cow on the way

Hi,

Just to let you all know that a new non-redundant IPI dataset has been 
created today for the bovine proteins in UniProt and we expect to make a 
release of GOA-Cow maybe this week.

Watch this space :-)))

Can I also say if anyone has large datasets of experimentally proved 
functions, processes and subcellular locations for this or any other 
species and you would like to see it integrated into GOA, then please 
let us know. We would be happy to acknowledge you or cite your 
experimental paper.
