Hi,

We usually announce our GOA releases on the GO-friends mailing list but
I;ll include it here also since a specific non-redundant file of GO
Annotations to the cow have now been released.

here you can see the stats, download the association file or a
database cross reference file which maps the UniProt Cow accessions to
accessions used by other databases.

Thanks to UniProt, MGI, IntAct, HGNC and AgBase for manual GO
contributions to this species and to the International Protein Index (IPI)
for creating the non-redundant dataset.
