June 21 - Registration Deadline for GO Camp

Hello,

If you are interested in attending the GO Annotation Camp to be held
at Stanford University, please note that the final deadline for
registration, June 21st, is nearly upon us.

The training portion of the Camp will be three days long from 9 am
Wednesday, July 12th until 5pm on Friday, July 14th. Below are links
to the working schedule, general information, and the registration
page.

Similar to the 2005 GO Annotation Camp, this will be a practical
workshop focusing on the process of making GO annotations from the
research literature. Much of our time will be spent reading research
articles and using tools to browse the ontologies to determine
appropriate GO annotations that can be made from a given paper. Note
that this workshop will NOT deal with automated or computational
methods of making GO annotations via sequence similarity comparisons.

Registration is required for organizational purposes, but there is NO
