Hi,

The IntAct team at EBI have been involved in creating a mimimal 
information for an interaction experiment (MIMIx). This paper
has now been placed on the NBT website for community-review prior to 
publication. You may view it at www.nature.com/nbt/consult. Please take 
time to read it and feel free to send your comments to NBT - also please 
send the URL on to anyone else who may be interested. Many of the 
problems are not unique to interaction curation, which is why the GO 
consortium added their support, as many of us spend time searching for 
missing protein identities.
