Handy GO tool: Generic GO Term Mapper

Hi

I just wanted to let you all know that John Matese has added GOA-chicken 
and GOA-Cow gene association files to his GO term Finder tool. He is 
working on GOA-UniProt (all species file) but that will take a little 
longer to implement.

The Generic GO Term Mapper is a tool for mapping the granular GO 
annotations for genes in a list to a set of broader, high-level GO 
parents terms (sometimes referred to as GO Slim terms), allowing you to 
bin your genes into broad categories.
