I didn't know we offered a certificate of compliance for ontologies?

"Our ontology is fully GO compliant."

If we did, I think we'd only offer it to databases that implement GO  
queries correctly.

I did a quick experiment and got:

Your search for Sarcoplasm in Localization reports 2 matches.
Your search for Sarcoplasmic reticulum in Localization reports 27  
matches.

A shame as the HPRD is a nice resource otherwise. If only they  
exposed their API rather than locking everything up into a single  
warehouse forcing you to use their query interface..
