We're currently working to get the old help into the new AmiGO manual on

Not at this time, but features like this are slated for future releases.

Yes it is; this will be removed from the ontology.

This is a limitation of the current software being used to render the
treeview. Again, this will be slated for future versions.

Amelia and I will look into the issues with the slims.
