Hi,
I'm not sure the gosubset_prok should be listed as a slim - its not really a
slim - its just the whole GO with euk specific terms subtracted out. It's
really nothing like a slim.
I have a prok GO slim that I built recently. At some point I wasn't sure
how/where to submit it and I asked about it and then discussion ensued and
then I got distracted with other things. Now I can't remember if I brought
it with me from TIGR but I should be able to get it.
