Hi all,

I've updated the Evidence Code Ontology with some more definitions and
reorganization of the structure, based on the last GOC meeting and
recent requests from Phenoscape folks. The latest version of the ECO is
1.12.

Please take a moment to review the ontology. In addition to any valuable
feedback you may have, I would appreciate getting some help with filling
in definitions for the remaining 55% of the terms, especially those
under the ISS node per last GOC meeting.
