Dear all, 

apologies for my late answer.
As Jen correctly said, the muscle work includes also changes in cellular 
component ontologies.
So for me it is fine to say 'Two large-scale additions were made to the Gene 
Ontologies ...'

Congratulation for the new newsletter!!! Great job!
