[go] error in gene_ontology_edit.obo

Hi all,

I have discovered what I presume is an error in the current  
gene_ontology_edit.obo, cvs version: $Revision: 5.551, that I just  
downloaded from the GO site.

The following entry:

is listed as a biological process, yet its parents are molecular  
functions:

I think that's the only error, as fixing it in my local copy of the  
file fixes the error generated by my parser.  Can it be fixed, and  
should OBO-Edit detect this type of error automatically?
