Dear Dr. Jaiswal,

     Since you are organizing the ontologies workshop for PAG XVI, I was
wondering what software you would recommend for grouping blast hits to Gene
Ontology terms.  I have written a Perl script for this, but I find
complications with the GO hierarchy and the many-to-many relationships
possible between sequence descriptions and GO terms.  Thank you for your
time and advice.
