Hi Alexander,

We've been having some problems with large and long running queries on the 
Amigo servers as a result of a bug in MySQL.  The patch for the bug hasn't 
been released yet.  In the mean time we are trying to find another work 
around.

Although we have been monitoring the 2 Amigo servers closely, there is a 
time in the morning before we wake up here in California that is the 
hardest time for us to cover.  I've reset the MySQL databases for the 
Amigo servers and you should be able to run your queries now.

Thank you for your patience and we are sorry for the inconvenience this 
pesky bug is producing.  Please don't hesitate to contact 
go-admin at genome.stanford.edu if you have any more problems with the Amigo 
servers.
