Hi Guys,

Sorry to bombard the list but I would really appreciate if someone could
help.

I'm looking for a nice web-based dendrogram drawing tool
for phylogenetic analysis of 20 or so protein sequences.

I see that Ensembl display one automatically for genomic sequences.

Also for evolutionary analysis is it better to compare protein or
nucleotide sequences..
