Actually there are two:
MSH3_HUMAN not|contributes_to oxidized purine DNA binding | GO:0032357
http://amigo.geneontology.org/cgi-bin/amigo/go.cgi?
view=details&search_constraint=gp&session_id=402b1196289812&gp=P20585
Pcgf2 (Mouse)not|contributes_to ubiquitin-protein ligase activity |
GO:0004842
http://amigo.geneontology.org/cgi-bin/amigo/go.cgi?
view=details&search_constraint=gp&session_id=5379b1196289992&gp=MGI:
99161
I don't see any need to explicitly forbid combining qualifiers, but
care must be taken that the resulting combination means what the
curator thinks it means.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to explicitly list every possible
combination and give an example of possible use, or state that this
combination is forbidden.
