[go] Do you upgrade InterPro2GO IEA annotations to ISS?

Hi Emily,
  ZFIN applies the interpro2go translation table whenever we refresh our 
data from Uniprot.  We do not evaluate these, they get IEA, and the 
InterPro ID in the 'with' field.  We have an internal pub that describes 
this process.
