[go] editing freeze tomorrow 9.30 am GMT

Hi,

I would like to request an editing freeze on the gene_ontology_edit.obo
file tomorrow (30th October) from 9.30 am GMT until about
11.30 am GMT (I will write to say when the freeze is lifted).

I am going to merge in a branch file that contains a large number of
cardiovasular physiology and muscle term changes and additions.
We have been working on this file in the scratch directory
for several months.

If this freeze causes any problems for anyone please write and let me
know. If you are happy for me to go ahead, then please ensure that you
check in all your changes before 9.30am GMT tomorrow and check out a
new copy of the file again when I end the freeze.
