Thanks to everyone who has commented so far on any of the NAR manuscript 
drafts.

*** This is now the last call for further suggestions. I have to submit 
the manuscript before I leave work tomorrow, so if you have any more 
comments, please get them in today (Thursday, Sept. 13th) if possible, and 
no later than 2 pm BST tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 14th; the time is 
equivalent to 9 am EST, 6 am PDT).  ***
