[go] GO progress reports

Hi all,

You can start writing these now :) but I will need them by December for 
sure to use in the overall Progress Report and to attach as appendicies.

I have just posted the template for the MOD progress reports on the wiki 
(well, Harold did really).  When you have your doc done, you can upload 
the file...see instructions in the 'toolbox' on sidebar.  You will be 
able to update these files as you refresh them.  I think if you name 
them with a 'final' by December, then they can also be posted on the 
website.

I wonder if we need a different template for the EBI office? and maybe 
for UniProt/GOA report?
