[Go] proteases at the GOC meeting

Hi all,

We've suggested an agenda item on the protease activity terms in Molecular
Function. It will help immensely if everyone could look at the proposal on
the wiki:

   http://wiki.geneontology.org/index.php/Proteases

I hope to spend only a few minutes on this at the meeting -- all we should
have to do is decide whether to flesh out, and then implement, the
reorganization that Ben Hitz and Colin Batchelor discuss on the wiki page.
In fact, the main reason for bringing it up at the meeting at all is that
if we do it, quite a few function terms will become obsolete (despite
having EC cross-references) on the grounds that they represent gene
products.

Thanks,
Midori (and the rest of the ontology developers)
