HI Jim,
Wouldn't you want to show this at the broader consortium meeting
rather than at ref. genomes? If I understand it correctly, I think it
has more bearing on the general issue of annotation, rather than the
specifics of the ref. genome. I'd prefer to have it at the GOC I
think, that way more people can see it.
