I also think the "Tutorial" could be more informative. It doesn't  
really provide "how-to" instructions (or perhaps don't call it a  
"Tutorial", call it a List of resources because that is all it is  
right now).

In the gene of the quarter, it leaves the reader with questions when  
it says "Most of the proteins are annotated...". (why not all?) and  
"annotations are very similar" (how similar?)

Also might point out that some of the proteins are also involved in  
other processes (e.g. the helicases in transcription initiation, at  
least according to Reactome).

I'd also add a link to the Reactome pages for these genes (e.g. http://www.reactome.org/cgi-bin/eventbrowser?DB=gk_current&FOCUS_SPECIES=Homo%20sapiens&ID=73934&)
