[Go] Monthly reports directory not being updated?

Actually, I thought monthly report production had been centralized; 
apparently I was mistaken, and they're still generated (or not) by a 
script that Amelia runs at EBI when she's not on extended Berkeley visits.

Amelia -- can you get motly reportage handed off to production?
