thiol protease

Hello,

Midori just fixed a problem with GO:0004220.  The line in the function
ontology was:

      % ; GO:0004220

On Dec 31, 1999 someone deleted the "thiol protease".  There was no
log message.  I notice that many of the commits have an empty log
message.  This is bad!

The log message is all we have to example who did the update and why.
This can be brief, but it needs to be present.
