[go] AmiGO and annotation qualifiers

Hi all,

Thanks for the feedback so far on the qualifier / operator issue. It
seems that it is important to differentiate between qualifiers
(contributes_to, colocalizes_with) and operators (NOT), but there
isn't a consensus on how to do that. I've created another possible
version of the AmiGO page, to take into account the distinction
between qualifiers and operators:

http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~aji/demo4.html

Note that the annotations with qualifiers are shown in the same table
but the NOT annotations have been separated into a different table.

Does that work for people? It could be implemented so that users could
choose between this display or the version in the current AmiGO
release, where NOTs are displayed in the same table as the other
annotations.

Thanks,
Amelia.
