[Go] GO and GO CVS down

At approximately 7 am PST this morning the air conditioning unit to our 
main machine room shutdown.  We were forced to shutdown all our servers 
immediately and did not have time to send out notifications to our many 
users.

The good news is that the problem has been diagnosed.  The bad news is 
that it is a severe problem that must be fixed by an outside contractor. 
As soon as we have more information about the situation we will let you 
know.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued 
patience.
