Beware of Hack, no guarantee is assumed or implied.

Look in go/software/utilities/ for

   referencegenomemetrics-with-root.pl
   refgenomemetrics-with-root.csh

Run refgenomemetrics-with-root.csh from the go directory, it will  
gzcat the gene association files and pipe the output to  
referencegenomemetrics-with-root.pl
