Hello,

The proposal has been made to obsolete

   nucleoprotein filament-forming ATPase activity ; GO:0033171

Annotations to this term exist at present as follows:

   DB		total	non-IEA
   GeneDB_Spombe	4	4

This term is not used in any external2go mappings, and is not used in any 
GO slim set maintained within the OBO flat file.

The reason for this proposal is that nucleoprotein filament formation does 
not require ATP hydrolysis, so the term is misleading.
