Greetings,

 

I want to let you all know that we will again offer our eukaryotic
annotation course for those who need the tools and skills required to do
a thorough job of annotation of a eukaryotic genome.  JCVI, has much
experience with annotation of eukaryotic genomes.  The course, taught by
the JCVI annotators and software people, is offered three times a year
at our Rockville campus.  The next course is April 9-11, 2008.  We still
have room for a few people in this class.  I have attached the brochure.
