[Go] electron carrier activity

Hi,

A proposal has been made to move 'electron carrier activity' out of 
under 'oxidoreductase activity' to be a direct child of 'molecular 
function'.  As part of the proposal the terms 'electron donor activity' 
and 'electron acceptor activity' will be merged into the parent term 
'electron carrier activity'. This should not cause any problems for 
anyone, but I just wanted to make sure people have the opportunity to 
comment.
