All entries in col15 should be a registered DB in GO.xrf_abbs[1] - I
don't see bioPixie/MEFIT there.
bioPixie/MEFIT could ask to be registered as a database in
GO.xrf_abbs - but I'm not sure we should add them as it sounds more
like a composed description of a method rather than a database or
institution. And I think we should avoid slashes anyway.
It sounds like bipixie/MEFIT should be a GO_REF referenced in the
publication field
