[Go] New GO people from JCVI

Hello everyone,

I'd like to introduce you to Scott Durkin and Ramana Madupu.  They have
taken over the GO-related activities that I did at TIGR/JCVI.  I have worked
with both of them for many years on the prokaryotic annotation team and they
come to the consortium with lots of experience in GO annotation.  I am happy
to have them carrying on the work I started at TIGR.  I tried to pass on to
them as much knowledge as I could about my GO work at TIGR, unfortunately,
mostly I just left them with a huge "to do" list.  :)

Scott and Ramana will be coming to the April meeting to learn more of the
ropes and take on their new roles as the JCVI representatives.  I hope you
will join me in welcoming them.
