[Go] daily SF digest emails

With the change in the mailing lists I see a slight issue.  In the  
past posts to the go-curator-tracker list were also sent to the full  
go list.

I believe I can subscribe the go list to go-curator-tracker, or those  
that want to receive the SourceForge message can subscribe to that  
specific list.

Reply to me and I'll summarize the results to the question, should the  
full GO list continue to receive the go-curator-tracker emails.
