[Go] Major shutdown of Geneontology.Org

The GO CVS will be down from 6am Wednesday to 6pm Pacific time.  This  
is so the A/C in our computer rooom can be fixed.  So the freeze will  
extend the freeze.

The GO www.geneontology.org site will also be down.  We hope to keep  
AmiGO, FTP and Web CVS up.

This is a major shutdown so we're unsure how much will work as the  
whole machine room will have its cooling and power turned off.
