[Go] ontology freeze

Also the Stanford servers will be down starting in about 90 minutes.   
We will be able to keep AmiGO, FTP, and CVS Web up.  However, the  
writable CVS, www.geneontology.org and all the GO email lists will be  
down.

You can continue to send emails to the lists, they will be delivered  
after the mailserver is online.

We anticipate this downtime to potentially last until 6PM Pacific/9PM  
Eastern this evening.
